Data Handling

Customer Data submitted to Elvarion Forecast™ is logically segregated by customer, encrypted at rest, and processed only for the purposes defined in your subscription agreement. Backups are encrypted and retained according to documented recovery procedures.

Sub-processors

Elvarion Labs works with a small number of vetted infrastructure and communication providers to deliver the Services. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual data protection obligations consistent with our own commitments.

Employee Access

Internal access to production systems is limited to employees who require it to perform their role, subject to multi-factor authentication, activity logging, and periodic access reviews.
